Lolita Priestly McLean
Joined the Board of Directors of HEWFCU in 2013; HEWFCU Supervisory Committee member since 2010; employed with the Social Security Administration’s (SSA) Office of Disability Adjudication and Review (ODAR) as an Appeals Officer in the Office of Appellate Operations; served as ODAR’s Acting Equal Employment Opportunity Branch Chief; served as an ODAR Federal Reviewing Official; and served as an attorney for the SSA’s Office of the General Counsel. Volunteered as a pro bono attorney for the Whitman Walker Clinic for two years; former member of the Greater Washington Area Chapter Women Lawyer’s Division of the National Bar Association. Before working for the federal government, worked as a Trial Attorney and in-house counsel for Liberty Mutual Insurance Company; served as a volunteer coach for the New Jersey Orators Program; served on the Missions Board of the First Baptist Church of Lincoln Gardens and as a board member of the First Baptist Church of Lincoln Garden’s South Africa Mission Enterprise; received a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Mass Media Arts from Hampton University and a Juris Doctorate from the Villanova University School of Law; Member of the HEWFCU since 2006.
