Qualifications:

� Superior oral and written communication skills required.
� 5 or more yrs in supervisory position at a credit union or financial institution mandatory experience.
� Ability to motivate others a must.
� Monitors product delivery quality and takes action to resolve problems.
� Promotes growth and profitability of Credit Union through sales results.
� Monitors and recommends changes to improve the efficiency of the branch operation.
� Evaluates and reviews subordinates performance and recommends to VP for Member Services salary adjustments or action plan development.
� Participates in establishment of annual operational budget.
� Meet or exceed operational objectives with respect to sales and financial objectives.
� Maintain a strong well trained staff that is capable of meeting the organization�s future growth plan.
� Maintain high quality membership services.
� Maintain a professional work environment and businesslike appearance.
� Must have in-depth understanding of and ability to interpret regulations affecting cash programs within the Credit Union, including Regulations.
