Qualifications:


Superior oral and written communication skills required.
5 or more yrs in supervisory position at a credit union or financial institution mandatory experience.
Ability to motivate others a must.
Monitors product delivery quality and takes action to resolve problems.
Promotes growth and profitability of Credit Union through sales results.
Monitors and recommends changes to improve the efficiency of the branch operation.
Evaluates and reviews subordinates performance and recommends to VP for Member Services salary adjustments or action plan development.
Participates in establishment of annual operational budget.
Meet or exceed operational objectives with respect to sales and financial objectives.
Maintain a strong well trained staff that is capable of meeting the organization�s future growth plan.
Maintain high quality membership services.
Maintain a professional work environment and businesslike appearance.
Must have in-depth understanding of and ability to interpret regulations affecting cash programs within the Credit Union, including Regulations.
