Auto Loan Process
At HEWFCU, we want to make your car-buying experience one that is hassle-free and one that you can refer to others!
Before shopping for the vehicle you want, follow these steps to help you get into the vehicle of your choice:
- Get pre-approved by submitting an application (via the Internet, mail, fax, or visit a branch)
- Use loan calculators to determine how much you can afford to spend on a car
- HEWFCU will notify you about status of your loan
- Upon approval, find the car you want and inform dealer that you have been pre-approved by your credit union
- Send HEWFCU Purchase Order and proof of insurance
- Drive away in your new ride!!!!
If you have already selected the vehicle you would like to purchase, follow these steps to put you in the driver's seat:
- Submit application and Purchase Order to HEWFCU
- HEWFCU will notify you about status of your loan
- Drive away in your new ride!!!!
If you are purchasing from a private party, call for details.
