Our Automatic Teller Machine service allows you to access your account through the Credit Union's ATMs as well as PLUS and MAC System machines. Use ATMs for:

• cash withdrawals from your share drafts
  
• cash withdrawals from shares
  
• FASTCASH ó withdrawals of a predetermined amount
  
• transfers within the same basic account number
  
• inquires on share and share drafts
  
• deposits to either shares or share drafts (credit union owned ATMs only)

Personal Access Line (PAL)

Telephone access to your Credit Union accounts is made possible via a voice response system enhancement to the Credit Union computer.

Let your Personal Access Line (PAL) lead you step-by-step as you transact much of your Credit Union business from the convenience of your own home or office, nearly 24 hours a day ó every day of the year. With PAL you can:

• make balance inquires
  
• receive draft clearing information
  
• transfer funds within your account
  
• withdraw shares
  
• receive share and loan account status
  
• year-to-date interest and dividends
  

To use PAL, all you need is a touch-tone telephone, your HEWFCU account number, and your Personal Authorization Code and transaction codes.

This service is great for midnight transactions, on vacation access or Saturday morning status reports!
