CarQ, your new car buying source for purchasing, leasing, financing new automobiles

CarQ.com is the original national Buyers' Agent. What is a Buyers' Agent?

Purchase the vehicle of your choice, with the equipment you select, without the hassle of negotiating! CarQ.com handles all the arrangements, including delivery. With your final approval, simply pick up the keys at the dealership (that's all you have to do) and drive away in your new car!

CarQ.com is Not a Sellers' Agent, Not a dealer. As a volume purchasing agent who is prohibited from receiving fees, kickbacks, commissions, or anything of value from dealers, lenders, manufacturers, or advertisers, the agent has access to wholesale pricing, without any conflict of interest. All the savings are passed directly to you, the consumer.

"... Wow! You're incredible! I simply cannot thank you enough for your expert advice and services that made my car-buying experience a wonderful one from start to finish..." Debra B.

"... I just wanted to thank you for your help with the purchase of my BMW...I will definitely recommend you to my friends and family..." Praveen I.

Best of Dealers
CarQ.com has worked with thousands of franchised dealers through the years. Dealers who represent the highest level of integrity, dependability, reliability, best pricing, an exceptional level of professionalism, and the ability to create a vehicle delivery process of the highest caliber. SO MANY PEOPLE ASK
by Linda Lee Goldberg
What defines a BUYERS AGENT? There is an explicit and distinctive Line which separates the Buyers Agent from a Sellers Agent. As the name implies, the Buyers Agent works for you, the consumer, exclusively. Your Agent has a fiduciary and ethical responsibility to you the car-buyer and not to the dealer. When a Broker i.e. Sellers Agent is representing the buyer, the Broker is looking for the dealer who allows that broker to earn the highest amount of commission. The Broker is never going to find the lowest price because they have a conflict of interest that favors their profit and not consumer savings. When you retain the services of your Agent, you will have someone who is protecting your interest through the conclusion of the delivery process of your new car. The Buyers Agent has the respect of the selling dealer because there is no collusion between the Buyers Agent and the dealer.

Lead services like CarsDirect and AutoByTel (both, owned, in part by the largest car dealers in the US) are nothing more than lead services to the dealers with whom they network Car dealers pay a premium for these kinds of leads. There are several large brokers in the San Francisco Bay Area who go so far as to lie to prospective clients about the profits that they earn in the form of commissions from car dealers. One broker told me he earned no commission from any dealer. At the time I was holding a copy of the check that the broker had received from the dealer. I was very surprised to hear the CSAA was referring their members to a broker who also does not disclose their profit and fees from dealers. Its very important for you, the consumer, to have complete confidence in the Agent who is representing your purchase. You have the right to question. Listen for the ethical answers.
