Home Buying

1. Complete the online application. A Mortgage Specialist will contact you via email and/or telephone within 24-48 hours to request additional information if needed and/or discuss the loan decision.

2. Upon receiving a pre-approval, you will receive disclosures via email as well as a list of supporting documents that you will need to provide to your Mortgage Specialist. You can also print out your pre-approval letter to provide to your Real Estate Agent and officially begin your home search. (Please review the link to our Home Rebate program)
