*Requires your written authorization. Credit reports will be distributed at the seminar. We must receive your signed authorization by 2/28/11 in order to have your credit report available for the seminar. Please remember to bring your photo ID to the seminar on 3/5/11 for verification in order to receive your free report. **Must be a member of HEW Federal Credit Union. Loan amount must be $150,000 or greater. New Money only. Certificate will be issued after closing. No Blackout dates. The certificate is valid for the off peak season Sept 1 � March 1 but can be used during peak or holiday travel periods if the recipient pays a nominal fee to cover the cost difference. Certificates need to be registered within 45 days of the issue date (the date when the certificate is given to them). There is a one time registration fee of $35 per certificate to cover processing costs. This fee is paid by the registered certificate holder. Certificate is transferable prior to registration, during registration period. Certificate recipients are responsible for port charges, taxes, customs and fulfillment fees of $198 per person. These are paid at the time the cruise is booked, and will be put into a client trust account. Transportation to and from the port is the responsibility of the certificate recipient.
