We booked a direct flight because of health reasons. The flight was changed I was not notified and found out by accident. When I talked to the outlet the woman said there was nothing she could do and repeated the same line over and over like a robot.
When I arrived in Mexico the BestDay co. had a very difficult time finding our reservations....

I have bought Faded Glory clothing for my children frequently over the years because of the reasonable prices, especially since kids tend to outgrow things so quickly! Lately, I've noticed a decline in the quality of various Faded Glory products (at least as far as girls' clothing is concerned - I don't have any boys, so I can't speak for that).

We ordered a Coyote Spa from Apollo Spas in Everett, Washington. We were told it would take three to four weeks to make and ship it to our location. This was on September 3, 2006. Today is November 3,2006 and when we called Apollo Spas for the fifth time and were told it hadn't been shipped yet. That means at least another two weeks to get to us....
