Summer Squash
cayenne pepper Try any these on the grill. For the Patty Pan squashes, cut them in half along the ridge and the zucchini�s cut them in 1/2 lengthwise and then in 1/2 again widthwise. Heat the grill for 5 to 10 minutes, and then toss them on till they are slightly scorched on each side. Try adding a little cayenne pepper on top. Goes really well with Boca/veggie burgers or grilled fish.
