New Phone System is now Fully Operational7/20/2005
A few weeks ago, we installed a brand-new, state-of-the-art phone system in all locations across the Credit Union. The new system has worked quite well so far, and members are experiencing shorter wait times, faster overall response, and more information options. The new system prompts and the departmental call queues have allowed our valuable members to reach their departmental choices faster, and to access account information more directly. Like anything new, the phone system has had a few minor complications, which we are expeditiously resolving. A few calls in the past few weeks may have been dropped or misdirected, but the issues that caused these errors are quickly being resolved. The new phone system will greatly improve member communication in the long-run, and we ask for your understanding and patience in the next few weeks. We anticipate the phone system being an effective and vital communication tool to correspond with our members, along with the Web site, quarterly Newsline, monthly statements, and various e-mail communications!
