I'm writing this letter to let you know how wonderful Latisha. Crawford has been to me.  I am a member of HEWFCU.  It seems that every time I call member services, I speak with her.  She is always friendly, helpful and knowledgeable about whatever it is that I am calling about.  She has made my experiences with member services extremely pleasurable and you should be proud to have her as an employee.
