HEWFCU Toy & Food Drive10/24/2006
HEWFCU will be participating in the MD-DC Credit Union League’s Annual Toy/Canned Food drive from October 23rd - November 14th. Each branch will be collecting items to donate to a worthy cause – Martha’s Table. Martha’s Table is a non-profit organization that provides services to the less fortunate from free food to child care services in their facility in NW D.C.
There are specific needs from Martha’s Table (but not limited to):
- New clothes for kids
- New work clothes for men
- New, unwrapped toys for ages 3 months – 18 years
- New thermal blankets
- Toiletries
- Non-perishable foods
